With Council Tax bills reaching an
eye watering high, we are still expected to use only ONE
black bag per week, regardless of how many people are at
home.
Single person = 1 black bag;
Family with 4 children and pets = 1 black bag.
Some times we all have things to
discard that we know can't be recycled, that the bin men
won't take, or that takes up half a dozen black bags.
With not everybody having the time or transport to queue
up at a household waste site, what do you do?

BAGS for
Bags 1 to 5 at £ 3.00 each
Bags 6 plus at £ 15.00 for the first 5 bags, then £ 2.50 per
additional bag

| What we ask
from you to make your collection a standard black
bag pick up: *
Standard black bags
(please use
ordinary 50 litre black plastic bin bags)
* Sealed, tied or
knotted
(please ensure
that your bags are closed)
* Not ripped or
damaged
(please ensure
that your bags are not spilling their contents
through rips or damage)
* Left at the
curbside
(placed
somewhere we can park next to your bags for
collection)
* No prohibited
items
(please see
our list of prohibited items)
Should your waste not
be in accordance with the above, that's no
worries, we can still help, we just don't class
your collection as a standard black bag pick up.

prohibited items:
* Perishable
foodstuff
* Explosives or
Ammunition
* Higly flammible
liquids or gases
* Toxic or
corrosive chemicals
* Drugs or any
other illegal items

Upon collection of your
black bags you will be given a 'Duty of Care Waste
Transfer Note' which will show our Business Registration
number, Registered Address, Waste Carriers Licence
number, as well as what we are collecting, the price for
collection, details of the vehicle and person making the
collection.
